Ability to link related tickets

It would be fantastic to have the ability to link related tickets (for example, compliance cases from the registries and the case to the customer). Makes it a little bit easier to locate the other case/ticket. Also makes it easier to track re-occuring issues from previous cases that may have re-occured.
