Do not show delegated Products & Tickets for a user in Admin area

There is no need to show all products a user has delegated access to in the Admin area of Upmind. It is fine if you impersonate the user, but to have all those products listed in the admin is nightmarish. I understand there is a tag that shows it is delegated, but when you are trying to find one product the user has, and have to scroll through three pages of more of delegated products, it is out of hand. Admins do not need to see this information as it is not relevant to them.

    Hello,

    Thanks for raising this - if we were to add a filter to this, would it help? Some users like to be able to see all products they have access to.

      I would be surprised if any Admin would ever care to see this info in the Administration side of the portal……that is what the Impersonate User is for if you want to see what the customer sees. Please know that I have been running a Web Hosting company for 25 years, and I couldn’t even imagine what a use case would be that an Admin would want to see this info.

      A filter would work, but honestly, an Admin shouldnt have to set a filter for this, just another click to waste more admin time. If anything, make a checkbox to “Show Delegate Products” since that is the edge case, and not visa versa.

      IMO, design the interface to adhere to the 90% of admins needs, not designing the UEX for the 10% that is not the majority.

    Adding a screenshot as reference…AND there is no way to filter out the delegations.
