Enable/Disable Brand Automation

Implement a feature to allow Upmind admins to enable or disable automation for specific brands. When automation is disabled for a brand, recurring invoices, consolidations, crons (payment, missing dates, cancel/close/suspend), and notifications (overdue or upcoming renewals) will not be processed. Automation can be managed via endpoints to list, disable, or enable actions.
