'Notification' for Upmind Ticket Management

In an effort to enhance ticket response times. Would love to see a 'notifications' feature.

The proposed 'Notifications' tab would notify staff/Upmind users when:

Tagging staff in Ticket 'Notes'

  1. Allow users to 'tag' ticket owners or other colleagues by using the '@" symbol i.e. ( '@Joel Drane') in ticket notes. This help serves to alert staff to client interactions or necessary actions required on a ticket.

    'Alerts/Notifications' for Client Replies

    1. Implement notifications alerting agents when a client replies to a ticket, indicating that a response is required on that ticket.
