Staff Notes On Invoices
How Would You Use This in Upmind?
Our billing team would utilise this, simply to leave information around the invoice, for example if they have called or texted the client, this keeps us up to date and informed as to whats occurring with an invoice.
What problem does this solve for you?
This solves us having to have an excel spreadsheet for whenever actions are made for our billing team, they are having to try track calls, and texts that we send manually, it would be awesome to be able to take notes on this on the invoice itself, which is only available for staff members to see.
Impact of not having this feature
We have to utilise other systems to track billing or whats occurring with specific invoices / bills.
