Retentions Tool Feedback

  1. To have only entries with immediate cancellations and end of billing period (awaiting activation, auto-renew disabled, etc to be excluded) 

  2. Add the following to the existing entries: 

 

  • Cancellation Ticket ID: Include a direct link to the ticket. 

  • Invoices: Display invoices related to this product. 

  • Assigned Agent: Show the agent assigned to the retention or claim task button. 

  • Status Updates: Automatically move entries from “In Progress” to “Lost” or “Saved” when a cancellation is approved or rejected. 

  • Client Contact Preferences: Indicate whether the client requested contact via email or phone. 

  • Usage Period: Display the total duration of usage for the product. 

  • Active Filters: Ensure that the filters in the retention tool remain active and applied until manually cleared by the user. 

 

  1. We should be able to extract a report from the retentions tool (can share needed if necessary)

We also need to add custom cancellation fields specifically for the "End of Billing Period" option, alongside the existing contact form. This will allow us to gather more detailed information about the client's reason for cancellation at the end of their billing cycle.
