Ability to use a third party SMS provider to notify for high priority tickets

It would be very nice to have the ability to connect to a third party SMS service so that when a high priority ticket comes in, a text message is sent to the agent on duty.

Maybe setup a way to check a box to enable which agent(s) are on call at the time, so you can switch which agent(s) will receive the text messages easily. (Sort of like PagerDuty)
