It would enhance our service to have a pre-defined signature for each agent, set up in "My Profile," which would automatically be appended to replies from that agent when responding to specific tickets.

Currently Upmind doesn’t provision an application through Enhance after provisioning the account. In the circumstances where you only allow direct login to just wordpress, this breaks the workflow.
