For ticket handling purposes, it is essential to be able to check the real name of a representative on Upmind so we can a) DM that staff member to ask questions, get status reports etc b) provide feedback/advice/education to reps At the moment, if a representative has an Upmind screen name that is completely different to their real name/Teams name, it is impossible to know who handled the ticket.

When moving a domain name from one account to another, it would be beneficial to be able to also move the services associated with that domain name along with it instead of having to move them separately. It would also minimize errors of services accidentally being left behind.

Currently it's only possible to configure a single set of settings for each notification channel (eg., Email and Slack). This feature will allow Upmind users to configure multiple sets of settings for each channel, and customise which configuration to use for each notification template, such as sending certain slack notifications to different slack channels.

When an order remains unpaid, a caution flag will be displayed on the manage tab in the admin area. This flag alerts users that the order is unpaid and running provisioning functions before payment could result in unforeseen consequences.

We'll introduce a brand setting where users can make 2FA mandatory, in order to enhance security. Users with 2FA already enabled will continue as usual. For those without, they will receive a setup token to obtain a TOTP secret or QR code via our API. Once set up, they will complete a quick verification to enable 2FA and gain full access. The purpose of the shopping cart (aka Basket) is to show the full detail of each item so that a customer can easily see everything they are going to purchase at a single glance before checkout.Domains are a good example, as you see in the screenshot, it does not show any detail of what domain is being purchased, and you have to click “edit” to view what domain name is attached to that product, which totally negates the purpose of a “Basket” to allow you to review your order prior to checkout.If a person orders more than 1 domain, you can imagine how confusing the basket would be to review the order. How can they view their cart and verify each domain is listed properly without having to exit the cart for each item. Can you please add a option to use a WYSIWYG editor to ALL places that allow you to modify displayed text please. Doing everything in HTML is tedious, and you can make emails look much better…quicker, if a WYSIWYG editor was an available option. This could work for Email Templates, Client Templates, a ton of different places …. think of making it easier for clients like us to manage the system so we can spend more time on running our business than drafting up templates in HTML :)

In an effort to enhance ticket response times. Would love to see a 'notifications' feature. The proposed 'Notifications' tab would notify staff/Upmind users when: Tagging staff in Ticket 'Notes'<ol><li>Allow users to 'tag' ticket owners or other colleagues by using the '@" symbol i.e. ( '@Joel Drane') in ticket notes. This help serves to alert staff to client interactions or necessary actions required on a ticket. 'Alerts/Notifications' for Client Replies<ol start="2"><li>Implement notifications alerting agents when a client replies to a ticket, indicating that a response is required on that ticket. </li></ol></li></ol>
