WHMCS migration tool enhancements

Feature Request
This is for the creation of a CLI-drive module for the migration of WHMCS data to Upmind via various scripts that are run (from the CLI). Module should track successes and errors as well as which object instances have been migrated in order to facilitate tracking and debugging.
