It would be very useful to add native support for the new Spanish electronic invoicing requirements.
Spain is currently implementing mandatory electronic invoicing for businesses and professionals. The recently approved Royal Decree 238/2026 establishes the Spanish B2B e-invoicing system, including structured electronic invoices, interoperability between platforms and integration with the public invoicing platform managed by the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT).
In parallel, invoicing software used in Spain also needs to comply with the SIF / VERI*FACTU requirements established by the Spanish Tax Agency.
For Spanish Upmind customers, it is currently unclear how we will be able to keep using Upmind as our billing platform once these requirements become mandatory.
It would therefore be great to know whether Upmind plans to implement native Spanish compliance, ideally including integration with AEAT / VERI*FACTU and the new B2B electronic invoicing system.
This will become an important requirement for any billing platform serving Spanish businesses, so having an official Upmind integration or roadmap would be greatly appreciated.
We've expanded our webhook functionality to support more options, particularly to accommodate Indian E-invoicing requirements.
Here's what's new:
Webhook Conditions: You can now define conditions that will be checked before a webhook is executed.
Authentication: Our current Indian provider requires authentication to send data to external services.
Additional Payloads: The Indian provider sends extra data to external services, which needs configuration.
These enhancements are not exclusive to the Indian provider but will benefit any future providers with similar needs.
When creating a webhook, remember to provide the "provider" parameter, which is "IndianProvider" for our Indian provider.

There are many e-invoicing systems and requirements as there are countries.
Please consider making this feature modular, so we can develop our own integrations for our countries.
For example, we have strict invoice numbering requirements, no skipping, separate numbering for invoices/credit notes, etc. Also, when the XML gets signed→sent→approved, we need to retrieve some information and display that data on the invoice PDF itself.
I believe a modular system would allow us to make the necessary implementation.
In Germany it is mandantory to be able to send invoices in digital formats to companys: Formats: xRechnung / Zugpferd
- Formats should be easy - maybee et a flag on customer accounts if the invoice is send as eRechnung. - special email address that is used to send eInvoices to

Hello,
Since 2 years we’re forced to use E-Factura (en: e-Invoicing), I hope to see this working with our government ANAF (anaf.ro). Thank you!
Hello, in Romania it is required to use E-Invoicing. I hope my request for adding E-Invoicing for Romania will be approved. Or atleast a integration with SmartBill, Oblio or Keez. Thank you.

Spanish e-invoicing / AEAT (VERI*FACTU) support

Official documentation:
Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT) – Mandatory electronic invoicing / Royal Decree 238/2026:
AEAT – Mandatory electronic invoicing
Official Spanish legislation – Royal Decree 238/2026:
BOE – Real Decreto 238/2026
AEAT – VERI*FACTU technical documentation:
AEAT – VERI*FACTU technical specifications
This will become an important requirement for any billing platform serving Spanish businesses, so having an official Upmind integration or roadmap would be greatly appreciated.
