E-Invoicing WebHooks

We've expanded our webhook functionality to support more options, particularly to accommodate Indian E-invoicing requirements.

Here's what's new:

1. Webhook Conditions: You can now define conditions that will be checked before a webhook is executed.

2. Authentication: Our current Indian provider requires authentication to send data to external services.

3. Additional Payloads: The Indian provider sends extra data to external services, which needs configuration.

These enhancements are not exclusive to the Indian provider but will benefit any future providers with similar needs.

When creating a webhook, remember to provide the "provider" parameter, which is "IndianProvider" for our Indian provider.
