For ticket handling purposes, it is essential to be able to check the real name of a representative on Upmind so we can
a) DM that staff member to ask questions, get status reports etc
b) provide feedback/advice/education to reps
At the moment, if a representative has an Upmind screen name that is completely different to their real name/Teams name, it is impossible to know who handled the ticket.
