We should have a concept of a client status as<ul><li>New</li><li>Inactive</li><li>Active</li></ul>Allows better filtering / segments for bulk email targeting etc.<ul><li>New – The client has not placed any orders yet.</li><li>Active – The client has one or more recurring CPs that are awaiting, active, or suspended.</li><li>Inactive – The client only has cancelled or closed recurring CPs.</li></ul>
