Add support for ?lang={code} query parameter when linking to the client area

This is for congruency where a user has selected a certain language on an external website (this may differ from their browser default language).

This would toggle the language in the UI for guest actors when the app boots, simillar to how it’s possible to pass a currency code in the request query params.
