Check Assignment on Tickets

is it possible to change the wording for the assignee? If you have unassigned a ticket, the one that says 'unassign' should be the 'assign' option. If you click on unassign now, it will still be unassigned, so we don't get confused.

Looks like the state for assign/unassign is incorrect.
