Automatic emails for Affiliate actions

Send an automatic email to an Affiliate, when someone subscribes to a plan using their affiliate link, or when manually adding an affiliate. Send an automatic email to an Affiliate, when an affiliate makes a payment, notifying the Affiliate the status of the payment (ie Approved, Pending). Send an automatic email to an Affiliate, when as Affialtes referrals subscription has cancelled
