Block Auto-Responders / Automatic replies from creating a ticket.
How Would You Use This in Upmind?
Reduce ticket load, reduce workload, reduce time spent closing tickets.
What problem does this solve for you?
Reduce ticket load, reduce workload, reduce time spent closing tickets. FOR CUSTOMER: they won't get multiple tickets open at once AND they won't receive confusing "ticket closed" notifs when we close them.
Impact of not having this feature
More work, more tickets, confused customers.
