Change Send Test email to allow you to just put in an email address

The send test email just pulls up the segment that was created to choose from. This should simply be a field that you can enter to send the test to, as you would never send a test message to a client, you would send it to yourself to verify the template looks good.

The Send test email should just have an input for the email address you want to send the test to.

What problem does this solve for you?
I can actually send a test email, as it stands, you can only send a test to a client, which you would never do.
Impact of not having this feature
I am unable to send a test email without adding the specific product in the segment to a dummy account with my email that I want it to send. The way it is done now just makes no sense.
