Curious Question on Upmind

Just a curious question of how things work.

Does the amount of "hover-overs" in upmind impact performance? or not enough to worry

Is there a processing of this visual element done?

or the hover-over is downloaded when the page loads, meaning nothing matters after it loads

its pretty, but it has got me thinking.
