Custom Registrar-Based Domain Change Notifications

I would like Upmind to allow custom notifications for specific domain registrars. Instead of monitoring all domains, administrators should be able to select one or more registrars and receive notifications only for domains assigned to those registrars whenever important changes occur, such as nameserver updates.
How Would You Use This in Upmind?
We use multiple domain registrars. For one specific registrar, we want to be notified whenever a domain assigned to that registrar has its nameservers changed. The notification should be sent by email and/or displayed in the Upmind admin dashboard.
What problem does this solve for you?
Currently, there is no way to receive notifications only for domains managed by a specific registrar. Monitoring all domains creates unnecessary alerts and makes it difficult to identify changes for the registrar we want to track.
Impact of not having this feature
Without this feature, we have to build our own monitoring system to detect nameserver changes for domains under a specific registrar. This increases development and maintenance effort.
