Differentiating Parent and Child Tickets

Tickets associated with child accounts aren't clearly distinguished from those of parent accounts. This oversight can cause confusion, particularly with contracts and invoices.

We need to implement clearer indicators to differentiate between parent and child tickets for better organization and management.
