Use case:-
Client receives renewal invoice
Then either follows cancellation procedure, or just doesn’t pay, chooses option “Can’t afford” or “too expensive”
We can then review and offer a discount code for the service, especially perhaps where the client is on legacy pricing, so at least instead of churning we retain some revenue
