Webhooks can be archived / deleted after a time, but we have the ability to resend webhook data. That would throw a critical error at present.We shouldn't allow the webhook to resend the data if it has been deleted, or we can manage it gracefully.

Don't allow Webhook to be resent if the HookLogData has been deleted.
