Enhanced Redirection After Creating Tickets

We're currently addressing the redirection issue after creating a ticket from a client or lead context. Soon, when a ticket is created, you'll be redirected to the new ticket within the client or lead context, rather than being directed to the inbox view. 

This enhancement aims to streamline your workflow and make navigation easier.
