Generic Domain Provider + DNS availability checks

Create a domain registration and transfers workflow for TLDs and ccTLDs that have no registrar available.

This workflow would work just as a regular registrar but instead of provisioning, it would notify admins and/or create tickets for staff to do manual provision.

Additionally, implement a way for customers to check these domains' availability status using DNS, since regular domain availability search would not be available for these registrars as they're not integrated to upmind.

The standard solution for this would be to create an integration to these registrars. But please consider some of these would not provide an API or a way to integrate programmatically for registrations, transfers and availability checks.
