Gmail/Google Workspace compatibility for custom SMTP

It is no longer possible to use a Gmail/Google Workspace email address to send email from Upmind:

It is now a requirement that OAuth2.0 be used instead of password authorization to send email. Please incorporate this ability. I suspect this affects many organizations.

Feature Request
OAuth2.0 authorization for Gmail/Google Workspace
How Would You Use This in Upmind?
To send email using the "Custom SMTP" feature in Settings > Notification Channels > Email Channel > Use Custom SMTP
What problem does this solve for you?
We currently cannot send email using Gmail/Google Workspace when configuring a custom SMTP server. As a result, we must use Upmind's email.
Impact of not having this feature
We will need to migrate to another panel if we cannot get this feature. It is unprofessional to be sending company emails from an upmind.com email address.
