Lead Pipeline Management System | Lead Kanban With Stages
Feature Request
We would like to be able to have a pipeline under leads which will allow us to manage leads within the platform, rather than having to use Hubspot.
A simple editable Kanban which allows us to setup stages;
1) New Lead
2) Initial Call
3) Pending Decision
4) Lost Lead
Etc,
At the end of this, it should then give us the option to convert the lead into a customer with a click, simply by utilising the details of the lead;
Full Name
Mobile Number
Email
Service Selected
This will create there account and send an invoice for the package we've selected which they are wanting to sign up for.
How Would You Use This in Upmind?
We would use this to improve our workflow, we sell web design services, so being able to add a lead in and track them would be ideal. Rather than just having them sit there with no real use case.
What problem does this solve for you?
This will allow us to track leads within the platform and convert them hopefully with statistics around how many leads have come in, how many have been converted to customers etc,
Impact of not having this feature
We are having to utilise other platforms, which costs more in subscription fees, and spreads our team out across multiple platforms, where it would be awesome to have it all in one platform.
