Low-Data Mode for Upmind

As a customer service person

I want a version of Upmind that can be toggled on when needed

so that all unnecessary visuals and drawn-buttons are removed

In my mind it will:

• reduce download/ usage of mobile hotspot

• improve performance of Upmind on my Dell Latitude 5340

• lower strain on lower performance devices

The visuals i’m imagining is like the Webcentral Console - see screenshot

If this goes against how it was built and the internet does not work this way, please let me know and close ticket
