What - Have the ability to reorder or simply alphabetize the 'Departments' in the filters when viewing Support tab.
Why - Whilst 'Support' is the most common Department for phone/chat staff, trying to find other Departments can be difficult without a universal order like the alphabet.
Taking it Further -
Have the ability to HIDE certain Departments
Have the ability to minimize the list of Departments

We already have the ability to hide departments -- under settings -> staff users.
