Provide the ability to oncharge stripe fees

Stripe (and like most payment gateways) charge a fee for processing payment, eg

(2.9% + 30¢ per transaction), currently based upon your integration this fee is absorbed meaning we have to inflate our prices for all customers effecting those that pay with other payment methods.

Feature Request

You should provide a setting within the payment configuration to allow your customers to choose if they want to oncharge the fee in the invoices, and set a base fee and percentage field that can be set. If enabled, when the customer is viewing their invoice and selects stripe as the payment option, the invoice amount is adjusted, the customer completes payment and a payment fee line visible on the invoice for clarity.

To cover the transaction fee on the invoice for customers when they pay via credit/debit card (via stripe)
