More details on resent email logging

If we resend emails to clients using Logs>Email history

and the email sends correctly

it should show as a sent email when we view the original ticket the email came from, with a update timestamp or tag that it was a "resent" email

or a line of text that states "Email resent 2024.06.12 to client email" similar to how it shows ... set status to 'Awaiting Response' 7 minutes ago"
