It would be very helpful to have a scroll to top button in cases so that when you’re at the bottom of a very long case you can click the button to go straight to the top of the page.
It would be very helpful if pinned messages stayed pinned to the top and scrolled with you in a case so you can still see the information if you are at the bottom of a case without scrolling to the top.

Pinned messages in cases stay pinned to top
It would be very helpful if pinned messages stayed pinned to the top and scrolled with you in a case so you can still see the information if you are at the bottom of a case without scrolling to the top.
