I had previously requested “Sherweb or Pax8”, and I see that it has been picked up and is now implemented, but I’m wondering if we can do the same for Sherweb.

Sherweb has a reseller API that calculates billable quantities for services for things like Microsoft 365 licenses, bitdefender, password managers, etc.

Feature Request

Integration with Sherweb Cumulus for provisioning of Microsoft 365 licenses, Google Workspace, Security solutions, Password Managers, etc.

How Would You Use This in Upmind?

Would enable selling and management of Microsoft 365 licenses, among all other licenses available on these platforms.

What problem does this solve for you?

Microsoft 365 billing is exteremly cumbersome and would drastically simplified through intergration with Upmind.

Impact of not having this feature

Almost all MSPs sell Microsoft 365 and many do billing by hand. While many MSPs use Pax8, many others use Sherweb. Upmind is missing out on this potential market.
