Streamline Payment Handling for Pending Transactions

We're seeking to enhance our payment methods to better manage transactions that don't provide an immediate confirmation of success. Here's our plan:

1. Introduce a new payment type or adapt an existing one to accommodate such transactions.

2. Review our codebase to integrate logic for handling the new payment type or incorporating additional conditions.

3. Upon payment initiation, transition the invoice payment status to "pending payment," with a corresponding "waiting" status in the payment log.
