Spam Filtering on Tickets

You can mark a ticket as spam with ease. If the recipient, sender, and subject match, the ticket will be directed to a spam department, which can be hidden.

We've also provided a method to remove the match from the spam list. Keep your inbox tidy effortlessly with this new feature!

Spam rules call all be configured under settings -> spam filtering.
