Usage based billing

Feature Request
As Upmind regularly checks usage for e.g. Plesk It would be a nice feature to automatically charge customers when they use more E-Mails then included in their plan.
How Would You Use This in Upmind?
Users can "pay as you go" for certain producs e.g. GB usage of a website or E-Mails etc.
What problem does this solve for you?
Currently users have to raise ticket so we can increase their limits and we have to manually change their subscription
