We have made the billing address mandatory. The 'Place Order & Pay' button will be enabled once billing details are provided. It would be helpful to display a message saying 'Please add billing details to continue.
Thank you for your patience. We've now released the option to require company address details and other fields such as region. There's also a text to show clients to fill out the fields. You can find this setting under: Settings → Order Options → Misc I've attached a screenshot for your reference.
